Effective February 1st, FHA has lifted their 90 day Flip rule, meaning FHA will now insure loans to borrowers that purchase a home that has been owned 90 days or less by the seller, but, the big box banks have indicated to us just in the last couple of days that they will NOT allow financing on flipped properties within the first 90 days.
